Luke is a the co-founder of City Lights together with Pahline and David Harding. He is known for a prophetic and evangelistic gifting and enjoys sharing the gospel and introducing people to Jesus. He has five years of theological training and has visited many different places for Jesus.

David and Pahline help to lead City Lights and have years of ministry experience. They have pioneered churches in the UK, worked as missionaries in South East Asia, raised up leaders within the church, published books and much more.
