People are constantly looking for meaning and purpose in their lives to make sense of why they are here. The bottom line is that God made us and this world in order to show His love to us and enjoy our company. Sadly, sin entered the world and brought death and corruption to all mankind and we can see the effects of this all around us today.

The good news is God loved us so much, He gave His only Son Jesus to come to the earth and die on a cross in our place, taking all our sin and making us perfectly righteous again through His blood that was shed.

The Bible tells us that if we believe and call out to Jesus then we will be saved now and for all eternity and we will not have to fear judgment at the end of our lives when we will all stand before God.

If you want to know God's love again and be assured that you will be with Him forever then decide today to follow Jesus and invite Him into your life with this prayer:

Dear God, I now realise that I am a sinner and in need of a saviour. I am sorry for living without you and trying to do things my way. I repent of my sin and put my faith in your Son, Jesus Christ. I believe that He died on the cross for me and rose again after three days. I ask you to cleanse me and make me new and to fill me with your Holy Spirit so that I can live in a way that pleases you.

I pray this in Jesus' name, amen.
